<deego> networking question:  i have 2 computers.. no switch or hub...  i want to connect them one at a time to cable (Static ip..) ...  , so i guess i will have similar entries in etc/interfaces for the two...   but then, when not connected to cable, i want them to talk to each other...   how do i do *that*?  don't they need different ips for that purpose?   do i have to modify etc/interfaces every time i want them to talk to each other?
